Inner parlour is 100 sq. m., terrace is 120 sq. m. facing quiet pedestrian zone, we can serve up to 80 travellers in hot weather, and upto 50 in cold weather. To be able to enjoy exquisite royal dining we recommend 30 travellers. ​



We have brand new kitchen equipment, which is at disposal of our superior Grand Chef. We prepare courses from royal menus served in the 19. century, for instance onion purée with pike quenelles, stuffed artichoke, turbot with caper sauce or chestnut bonbons. The count cellar provides selected wines and spirits, beloved by aristocracy in our Empire. Pairing of meals and beverages is our passion.



Personal approach can be elevated by personalised hand-paper invitations, hand-written menus, preparation of personalised stuff for hygiene. Historic program about year 1890 can be organised, explaining everyday basics of higher society base on examples - equipment of our parlour - electrification, hygiene, heating. Time travellers can also try selected artefacts - brew their own coffee in balancing siphon coffee maker, to write by pen and ink, and in the future try a stereoscope or wear clothes. Acustics for live music is very good. We can utilise upright piano in the parlour and invite a performers.
